  1. Scene 1
    Exterior wide view of the clock tower rising over the empty, quiet village square in warm golden light, its bell chamber visible but motionless and silent.
    The clock tower stands silent above the square, its great bell hanging still and unmoving as festival stalls wait empty below.
  2. Scene 2
    Inside the clock tower's bell chamber, brass gears and the tall lever surround the open bell mechanism in golden light.
    Maya, Omar, Tala, and Nori crowd around the open mechanism, and Omar points to an empty slot where a small golden key-piece is missing from the open mechanism.
  3. Scene 3
    The irrigation stream winds beside the garden plots, clear water rippling over pebbles in golden light.
    Nori spots the golden key-piece drifting along the irrigation stream, its cyan eyes flashing as the little turtle points a metal leg toward the glinting shape carried by the current.
  4. Scene 4
    The stream bank leads into the apple orchard, rows of round trees with red fruit under golden light.
    The friends race along the stream bank toward the apple orchard, Tala bounding ahead of Maya, Omar, and Nori as they chase the drifting glint of gold.
  5. Scene 5
    The shallow edge of the stream where it curves through the apple orchard, sunlit water pooling among smooth stones.
    Tala scoops the golden key-piece out of the shallow water with both paws, water dripping as she lifts it up triumphantly before the others.
  6. Scene 6
    Inside the clock tower's bell chamber, the open mechanism and tall lever wait beside the bell in golden light.
    Omar fits the golden key-piece into the mechanism while Nori pulls down on the lever, gears beginning to bite together as Maya and Tala watch closely.
  7. Scene 7
    Exterior wide view of the clock tower and village square, the bell now swinging in golden evening light as stalls and lanterns wait below.
    The tower's gears spin, the great bell swings and rings out over the village square, its clear tone rolling across the golden rooftops as the festival begins.
